Boras: MLB draft limits send 'wrong message'
With MLB having discretion to cut the draft to five rounds this year and 20 rounds in ’21 — as well as deferring bonuses through ’22 — agent Scott Boras believes baseball “should keep the status quo” and is sending the wrong message to amateurs.
