Roseboro man charged with abuse after 1-year-old overdoses on heroin
The father of a 1-year-old boy who ingested heroin and was found unconscious was arrested on felony child abuse charges Friday, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.Luis Castellon, 26, was charged with felony child abuse.
