Valentine’s carriage rides: The Cool Spring Downtown District will host horse-drawn carriage rides for Valentine’s on Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m. Rides leave from 222 Hay St., across from the Cameo Art House Theatre, and last about 20 minutes.
