Hope Mills man, Fayetteville woman sentenced on drug and firearms charges
A Hope Mills man and a Fayetteville woman were sentenced to federal prison on drug and weapons charges, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.Franklin Antonio Rios, 49, of Hope Mills, was sentenced to 34 years in prison followed by four years of supervised probation, according to a news release.Rios pleaded guilty on Aug. 7, 2018, to charges of conspiracy to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin and two counts of […]
