Patty Roy says her sister is lucky to be alive after her arm was cut off in a machete attack Tuesday in Fayetteville.Her sister’s boyfriend has been charged in the assault.Roy said Friday that her sister, Melissa Norris, 54, underwent two surgeries so that doctors could reattach her arm.
