Finally, Fayetteville has its own Peruvian chicken place. Fabe’s Charcoal Roasting Co. is now open for business at Freedom Town Center near the corner of Skibo and Cliffdale roads.Fabe’s is fast-food casual, and an offshoot of the Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken chain whose closest restaurant is in Sanford.
