Pedestrian killed in Campbell Avenue car wreck
A 63-year-old female pedestrian was killed in a car crash along Campbell Avenue Wednesday evening, the Fayetteville Police Department said.Jessica Durham, of the 200 block of Lincoln Drive, died as a result of her injuries, police said. Police responded to a report of a vehicle crash involving a sedan and a pedestrian on Campbell Avenue near Alfred Street at about 6:47 p.m. Durham was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where she died of her injuries.
