Kane reaches 1,000 points as Blackhawks cruise

Patrick Kane, 31, a career Blackhawk and three-time Stanley Cup champion, added to his Hall of Fame credentials Sunday, gaining his 1,000th NHL point with an assist in Chicago’s 5-2 win over Winnipeg.
