U.S. to exchange ambassadors with Sudan, ending 23-year gap
The United States and Sudan plan to begin exchanging ambassadors again after a 23-year gap, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in a statement on Wednesday in the latest sign of warming relations between the two countries.
