Report: Thomasville teen arrested for assaulting police officer
A 16-year-old from Thomasville has been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon against a law enforcement officer and discharging a stolen firearm within the city limits of High Point.According to information provided by the High Point Police Department, at 4:44 p.m. on Saturday law enforcement responded to the 400 block of Cable Street in High Point for several calls about active gunfire in the street.
