Hungary PM outlines conditions for EU 2050 climate pact
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Thursday he was ready to sign an EU resolution to make the bloc carbon neutral by 2050 as long as poorer countries did not bear the brunt of the cost of emissions cuts.
