Turkey must halt Syrian rebel abuses, Human Rights Watch says
Turkey’s Syrian rebel allies have summarily executed civilians during Ankara’s military offensive in northeast Syria and looted property belonging to Kurdish families displaced by the fighting, Human Rights Watch said in a report on Wednesday.
