North Korean vice foreign minister Choe headed to Moscow: Kyodo
North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui traveled to Moscow on Monday, possibly to discuss North Korea’s efforts to negotiate an agreement with the United States, Japan’s Kyodo news agency reported.
