Biegun confident on Korea, Japan troops talks, but no 'free ride'
President Donald Trump’s nominee to be the next number two at the State Department said on Wednesday he was confident agreements could be reached with South Korea and Japan over the costs of hosting U.S. troops, but nobody would get “a free ride.”
