Uzbek spies attacked dissidents with off-the-shelf hacking tools
Uzbek intelligence officers have used commercially-available computer spying tools to launch a series of cyber attacks against activists and dissidents, researchers at Moscow-based cybersecurity firm Kaspersky said on Thursday.
