Syrian Kurdish leaders: deal backed by Russia to protect border, politics later
Syrian Kurdish officials said a deal with Damascus, brokered by President Bashar al-Assad’s ally Russia, centers for now on army troops deploying along the border and that the two sides would talk politics later.
