Fayetteville police officers are on the scene on the 7100 block of Dayspring Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance/kidnapping that has turned into a barricaded subject.At about 9:45 a.m. Monday, officers were dispatched to the residence in reference to a physical disturbance with a weapon, the Fayetteville Police Department said in a news release.
