Fayetteville police identify 7-year-old victim in suspicious death investigation
The mother and stepfather of a 7-year-old boy have been charged in his death, the Fayetteville Police Department said Wednesday.The child has been identified as Eathan Bates, who was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
