EU Brexit briefing delayed again to 1700 GMT: diplomats
A debriefing for EU states on the latest on Brexit has been delayed for a second time on Wednesday to 1700 GMT, three diplomats with the bloc said, as last-ditch talks between Brussels and London on sealing a divorce deal dragged on.
