Dutch court rules Indonesian case over alleged killings must be heard
A Dutch appeals court in The Hague on Tuesday ruled that a lawsuit brought by five Indonesians who hold the Netherlands responsible for the execution of their fathers by Dutch soldiers in 1947 must be heard.
