Verlander hits 3,000 Ks, joins Cole at 300 in '19

Astros right-hander Justin Verlander became the 18th pitcher in major league history to reach the 3,000-strikeout plateau, and joined teammate Gerrit Cole by reaching 300 strikeouts for the season.
