Sampson County to impose curfew Thursday night
No power outages nor road closures had been reported in Sampson County as of 11 a.m. Thursday, says assistant county manager Susan Holder. The county remained under a tropical storm warning.There have been a few intermittent showers, according to a situation report released by the county.A voluntary evacuation has been ordered for Franklin Township and the surrounding area.
