Russia urges Gulf countries to start talks to defuse tensions: Ifax
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday urged all countries in the Gulf to sit down for talks to defuse tensions following an attack on Saudi oil infrastructure, the Interfax news agency reported.
