Police identify man who died after being detained
Fayetteville police have identified 34-year-old Joshua Oxendine as the suspect who died shortly after being detained by officers on Sept. 12.Officers responded to the 800 block of Orange Street just before 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 12 after receiving reports of a suspicious male going door to door causing a disturbance.
