Peeping Tom suspect appears in court
The man accused of peeping into the bedroom of child made his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon. Steven Dunning, who is 29, appeared in court at 2:30 p.m. at the Cumberland County Detention Center on charges of secret peeping. Judge Elizabeth Keever did not lower his bail, and he remains in jail with bail set at $125,000.
