Paper has early deadline, no delivery Friday to some counties
Because of dangerous road conditions related to Hurricane Dorian, The Fayetteville Observer had an early deadline for copy Thursday night. The storm also is affecting the delivery of the Observer.The storm brought flooding, debris and strong winds to the area, creating dangerous driving conditions.We are holding today’s delivery in Robeson, Bladen and Sampson counties.
