Nadal cruises into semifinals, will face Berrettini
Second-seeded Rafael Nadal got past Diego Schwartzman in straight sets Wednesday at the US Open, where he’ll meet Matteo Berrettini of Italy, who advanced to his first Grand Slam semifinal by edging Gael Monfils 3-6, 6-3, 6-2, 3-6, 7-6 (5).
