Fayetteville cops arrest 2 in pillowcase bandit caper
Burglars have been sneaking into people’s homes to steal jewelry while the residents were just outside in their yards, the Fayetteville Police Department said.The department said in a news release Tuesday it has arrested two people wanted in connection with 10 break-ins, and it is looking for a third person.The thieves “would victimize primarily elderly residents that were preoccupied at their residences, usually doing yardwork,” the news release said.
