4 Cumberland County schools out early over water issues
Four Cumberland County schools are dismissing early today because of water issues, a school system spokesman said.Students at Howard Hall Elementary, Longhill Elementary, Pine Forest Middle, and Pine Forest High schools will be dismissed three hours earlier than usual, said Lindsay Whitley, the spokesman.
