Woman dies from shooting in Danish Drive home
Fayetteville police are investigating the death of a woman who was found shot Friday night inside a residence on Danish Drive, according to a news release.Chakita Jones, 25, died Saturday night from injuries suffered after being shot, police say.Officers were called to a house on the 800 block of Danish Drive about 11:23 p.m. Friday in reference to reports of a shooting, the release said.
