Taliban attack northern Afghan city amid peace talks with U.S.
Taliban forces attacked the northern Afghan city of Kunduz on Saturday, Afghan and Taliban officials said, even as the United States and the hardline Islamist group seem close to finalizing a deal for the withdrawal of American troops.
