State awards affordable housing funds for families affected by Hurricane Matthew
The North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency has signed a memorandum agreement with the state Housing Finance Agency that will include $16.6 million for affordable housing for families in Fayetteville and Goldsboro.The funds will help low-and-moderate income families in both towns rebuild homes after the devastation caused by Hurricane Matthew, according to a news release from the N.C.
