Russia says new U.S sanctions over Skripal poisoning damage ties: RIA
Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Friday it regretted a move by the United States to impose new sanctions on Moscow over the poisoning of a former spy in Britain last year, saying it damaged already strained relations, RIA news agency reported.
