Phillies file lawsuit to keep Phanatic as mascot
The Phillies have filed a federal lawsuit claiming that Harrison/Erickson Inc., the firm they hired to help create the Phanatic, is trying to renege on an agreement and make the beloved mascot a “free agent.”
