Pedestrian identified in fatal Wednesday crash on Owen Drive
Fayetteville police have identified the pedestrian who was struck and killed Wednesday night.David Joseph Rucco, 52 of the 1200 block of Great Park Circle of Germantown, Maryland, was walking across the center line median on Owen Drive and toward Boone Trail when he was struck by a Ford sports utility vehicle, the Fayetteville Police Department said in a news release.The driver has been identified as 54-year-old Daniella Francette Owen of the 300 block of West Lionfish Court.
