New superintendent named at Fort Bragg Schools
When students head back to class in Fort Bragg schools Monday, the school system will have a new leader.Kathryn Downs was named superintendent of the schools by Donato Cuadrado, the Department of Defense Education Activity’s Mid-Atlantic District superintendent.
