1. Summer concert series: The “Downtown Summer Nights” concert series continues Thursday in the 100 block of Person Street with Sail On, a Beach Boys tribute band. The concerts are free, and events kick off at 5:30 p.m. There also will be food available for purchase, a 21-and-older beer garden and a kid’s area.
