1. MOAA golf tournament: The Cape Fear Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America will hold its annual fundraising golf tournament at Baywood Golf Course on Sept. 14 with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. The event raises money for the chapter’s ROTC scholarship program.
