1. Summer concert series: The “Downtown Summer Nights” concert series continues Thursday in the 100 block of Person Street with an Earth, Wind and Fire tribute and 80’s Unplugged. The concerts are free, and events kick off at 5:30 p.m. There also will be food available for purchase, a 21-and-older beer garden and a kid’s area.
