Murder suspect arrested in Greensboro
A suspect wanted in connection with a homicide on August 3 has been arrested.Barry Robert Smith, 32, of the 700 block of Amber Street, Fayetteville, was taken into custody Friday by the Greensboro Police Department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team, according to a news release from the Fayetteville Police Department.Smith was wanted in the shooting death of 30-year-old Jeramy Thomas, according to the release.
