Judge postpones release of lawsuit against Fayetteville car dealer
Secret court documents alleging wrongdoing on the part of Fayetteville car dealer Mike Lallier will remain secret until at least Sept. 9, Wake County Superior Court Judge William Pittman ruled Monday.The documents are in a Cumberland County lawsuit connected to a criminal case in Darlington County, South Carolina, that accuses Lallier of sexually molesting a boy, age 15 at the time, in early September 2016.
