Harnett County to waive pet adoption fees as part of Clear the Shelters Day
LILLINGTON — The Harnett County Animal Shelter will participate in Clear the Shelters Day this year, the county announced Friday, and adoption fees will be waived.Clear the Shelters Day is an annual nationwide effort to encourage people to adopt pets from local shelters.
