Cumberland County special needs teacher heading back to court
Cumberland County District Attorney Billy West said Thursday he will retry a case of a woman who teaches exceptional children in Cumberland County Schools. The case involves 37-year-old April Caudill of the 5700 block of Pepperbush Drive.Caudill was initially arrested in January and charged with assault on a handicapped person, which is classified as a misdemeanor.
