The U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s Republican chairman, Senator Jim Risch, has introduced legislation seeking to push back on Saudi Arabia over human rights and criticizing Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, but not by stopping weapons sales to the kingdom.
