Trump says he has agreement with Guatemala to help stem flow of migrants at the border
Trump announced the arrangement with Guatemala with a previously unscheduled appearance in the Oval Office with Enrique Degenhart, the Guatemalan minister of government, and acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan.
