Southbound lane of Ramsey Street near downtown Fayetteville reopens
One lane of Ramsey Street headed toward downtown Fayetteville reopened Wednesday morning, state officials said.The two southbound lanes of Ramsey Street have been closed since January while construction crews work on a project at a railroad bridge that goes over the road.
