Red Springs woman dies in wreck on Interstate 95 near Fayetteville
A Red Springs woman was killed and a man from the town was critically injured when their slow-moving car was hit from behind by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 Friday night, according to the N.C. Highway Patrol.Brenda Lee Johnson, 47, was killed in the wreck, which happened about 9:17 p.m., according to Sgt. Kevin Pearson.
