Last week, we asked readers to tell us how they define local when it comes to area businesses. Late last month, Biscuitville, a family-owned restaurant chain headquartered in Greensboro, opened downtown across the street from family-owned Vicky’s Biscuits and Chicken, a longtime establishment.
