Apollo 11 anniversary: Cape Fear Botanical Garden will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Those who attend will be able to observe the moon through a telescope, weather permitting, and hear a presentation by Johnny Horne.
