National Guard soldier faces indecent liberties with a child charge in Fayetteville
A National Guard soldier was arrested Sunday by officers with the Fayetteville Police Department and charged with sex offenses with a child younger than the age of 16.Joshua Dewayne Stanford, 32, of the 200 block of Spring Drive in Raeford, was charged with a forced sexual offense and indecent liberties with a child, police and court records state.
